After persevering with a broken zip slider on my Richa leather motorcycle jacket for a while, I'd finally had enough and contacted Zig Zags to see if they could help. It took just over a week to hear back and unfortunately they weren't able to find a slider to fit the bespoke zip that was on the jacket so they contacted me to ask if I wanted a new zip fitting. I agreed to the new zip and they fitted it the same day and I collected the jacket the next. I even asked if they would be able to make a little leather pull tab for the new zip to aid with fastening while wearing gloves which they were more than happy to do there and then. Very impressed, thanks once again!
